The cleaning of the apartments is carried out prior to the arrival of each client and their departure. We ask that the apartment be delivered in the best possible conditions.

The apartment has clean towels and bed linen according to the number of people who will enjoy it.

Yes, we have cribs. Please send us an e-mail requesting it. It has an additional cost of €10/night. We also offer extra beds for an additional cost of €20/night. All of this must be done upon request and depending on availability.

Pets are allowed on request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge for this service.

We have parking next to the apartments. It is advisable to notify of the need for it before your arrival. This service has an additional cost of €20/night per vehicle.

Most check-ins are made directly at the apartment. However, the booking confirmation we send you contains all the information you need to contact us when you arrive, so that we can hand you the keys and give you all the information you need about the apartment, as well as our city and its surroundings.

Depending on the apartment, check-in times vary from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In the case of check out, it must always be done no later than 11 a.m.

If you need to leave your luggage before or after your stay in the apartment, you can contact us and we will explain the different options available.

You will receive an email explaining how to get to Barcelona from Barcelona-El Prat airport. You can also contact our customer service to request a taxi transfer from the airport to your apartment.
